Standard U.S. shipping is $11 (2-4 business days), with Express available for $65 (next business day; $75 on Saturdays). Orders of $249 or more ship free Monday-Wednesday, and $299 or more Thursday-Sunday. The final shipping cost is confirmed at checkout.

We ship to eligible U.S. locations where heated tobacco delivery is permitted by applicable laws and carrier restrictions. Some jurisdictions may be restricted, and we reserve the right to refuse shipments where products are prohibited by law.

Because these are nicotine and heated tobacco products, all sales are generally final for product-integrity and regulatory reasons. Opened or used products cannot be returned. We may still assist with damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, or payment processing issues, if reported within 7 days of delivery through our Contact page.
